Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery is free on all orders over £100 excluding VAT to most of mainland UK. A small order charge of £7.50 is added to orders under this value. For orders to Highlands, Islands and overseas, please Contact Us for delivery charges.
Do you provide samples?

How can I pay?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, or you can apply for a credit account.
How long will my order take?
For all stocked products we ship on a next day basis for all orders recieved before 2:00pm. If your order has heatseal logos on it, please allow 5 working days. If you order has embroidered garments this usually takes 10 working days from approval of artwork. During periods of peak demand or when products are out of stock, this may be extended however, we will keep you informed if this is the case.
How will I receive my artwork proof?
We always produce a proof for new logos' and designs. We do require you to sign a form to confirm approval before we start production. We are not responsible for errors once a proof has been signed off by the customer.
I can’t see what I’m looking for. Do you supply it?
Probably! If it’s uniform, workwear or PPE related, we can usually supply it. Please Contact Us with your requirements.

Which formats do you accept for logo artwork?
For embroidery and heatsealing we can accept most formats including pdf, .eps, jpeg, tiff or you can direct us to your website or send a letterhead. If you are in any doubt, please Contact Us.
What is your returns policy?
WISE Worksafe points out that whether it accepts a return of goods is entirely at its own discretion excepting where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of WISE Worksafe to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order. Goods cannot be returned if the garments have any form of design or embroidery or the goods have been used or worn. For our full returns policy click here.
